Description of the speaker François Provost

François Provost

CEO, Renault Group

François Provost graduated from the École polytechnique and École des mines de Paris in France. He started his career as senior civil servant in the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, Treasury Department. He then became Advisor to the French Minister of Defense.

 

He joined Renault in 2002 in the Sales & Marketing Division in France as branch General Manager, then regional Sales Director. In 2005, he took the position of Managing Director of Renault-Nissan Portugal. From 2008 to 2010, he served as Vice-President, Strategy and planning, within the Sales and Marketing department before his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Renault Russia. 

 

In 2011, he became CEO of Renault Samsung Motors. In 2016, François Provost became Senior Vice President, China Operations. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of Asia-Pacific region while remaining Senior Vice President, China Operations. In 2019, he became SVP, Chairman of China Region, Groupe Renault and a member of the Board of Directors of e-GT NEV.

 

In 2020,  he was appointed SVP, International Development & Partnerships, reporting to the Group’s CEO, and became a member of Renault Group Corporate Management Committee. In 2022, he also took charge of Renault Group Public affairs Department.

 

In February 2023, he was appointed Chief Purchasing, Partnerships and Public Affairs Officer and APO Managing Director. He became a member of the Leadership Team, replacing the Board of Management (BOM) and the Corporate Management Committee (CMC). In October 2023, he was appointed Chief Procurement, Partnerships & Public Affairs Officer.

 

On July 31st, 2025, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Renault S.A., Chairman of Renault s.a.s. and Director of Renault S.A. and Renault s.a.s.

Description of the speaker Katrin Adt

Katrin Adt

CEO Dacia, Renault Group

Katrin Adt holds a degree in law from the universities of Göttingen and Coimbra. She began her career with Daimler AG in 1999, where she held a series of strategic positions.

 

From 2010 to 2013, she was CEO of Mercedes-Benz Luxembourg, before being appointed Vice President HR Development & Services in 2014. In 2018, she became CEO of Smart. From 2019 to 2023, Katrin Adt headed the Mercedes-Benz Cars Own Retail Europe division.

 

In May 2023, she became Vice President Corporate Audit with Mercedes-Benz Group, reporting to the CEO and the Board. On 1 September 2025, Katrin Adt joined the Leadership Team of Renault Group as CEO of the Dacia brand.

Description of the speaker Philippe Brunet

Philippe Brunet

Chief Technology Officer, Renault Group

Philippe Brunet began his career in 1988 with Aerospatiale, designing geostationary satellites. From 1989 to 1999, he held several positions in engine development with Renault Formula One team. In 2000, he joined Renault Group’s Engineering department, where he held a number of positions. In 2012, he moved to Renault Group’s Product Planning and Programmes Division, becoming D-segment Programme Director.

 

In 2017, Philippe Brunet was appointed Alliance Global Vice President, Powertrain and EV Engineering. In 2021, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Powertrain & EV engineering. In November 2023, Philippe Brunet became Senior Vice President, Powertrain and EV Engineering with Ampere.

 

In September 2025, Philippe Brunet was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reporting directly to the Group CEO. He is also a member of the Leadership Team.

Description of the speaker Fabrice Cambolive

Fabrice Cambolive

Chief Growth Officer & CEO Renault Brand, Renault Group

Fabrice Cambolive began his career with Renault in 1992, holding a number of senior positions in sales and marketing across Europe, Russia and Latin America. In 2021, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations for the Renault brand.

 

He became CEO of the Renault brand in 2023 and a member of the Renault Group Leadership Team.

 

In September 2025, Fabrice Cambolive was appointed Chief Growth Officer, alongside his role as CEO of the Renault brand. In this capacity, he oversees both the Renault and Dacia brands. Fabrice Cambolive also leads the Group’s international development, focusing primarily on India, Latin America and South Korea.

Description of the speaker Thierry Charvet

Thierry Charvet

Chief Industry, Quality and Supply Chain Officer, Renault Group

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Thierry Charvet, joined Renault in 1993 as an engineer. From 2006 to 2011, he held a number of management positions, including Director of the Flins plant. Between February 2014 and 2017, Thierry Charvet was Global Director, Industrial Performance for the Alliance. In 2017, he was appointed Global VP, Strategy and Manufacturing Engineering. In November 2021, Thierry Charvet became SVP, Quality, Renault Group.

 

In January 2023, he was appointed EVP, Group Industry and Quality. He also became a member of the Board of Management of Renault Group. In the same year, he was appointed Chief Industry & Quality Officer and became a member of the Leadership Team. In September 2025, Thierry Charvet took over responsibility for Supply Chain activities, alongside his other roles.

Description of the speaker Philippe Krief

Philippe Krief

CEO Alpine, Renault Group

Philippe Krief is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées in Paris. He began his career as an engineer with Michelin, where he stayed for over ten years. Between 1998 and 2011, he worked for the Fiat Group, where he was responsible for chassis and vehicle dynamics.

 

He continued his career with Ferrari and then Maserati, where he was Vehicle Department Director before becoming Technical Director of the Alfa Romeo brand. In June 2016, he returned to Ferrari, taking up the role of Engineering Director and Head of R&D. Philippe Krief was appointed Director of Engineering and Product Performance for Alpine in 2023, becoming brand CEO in July of the same year. Between 2024 and 2025, he also served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Renault Group.

 

As of September 2025, he remains CEO of’Alpine, reporting to the Group CEO. He is also a member of the Leadership Team.
