Highlights of Renault Group’s 2025 Annual General Meeting

Renault Group’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting took place today, April 30, in Boulogne-Billancourt. The 24 resolutions submitted to the vote of the shareholders were adopted.

This annual meeting was also an opportunity for Jean-Dominique Senard, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Luca de Meo, Chief Executive Officer of Renault Group, to thank the shareholders for their loyalty and to look back on the four years of Renaulution.

More than a plan, Renaulution is a key lever for combining economic performance and value-sharing for its employees and shareholders, but also for the entire automotive ecosystem.

A dividend of €2.20 per share was proposed at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, up 19% compared to the previous year. Renault Group has confirmed that it is renewing its employee share plan for the 4th consecutive year.

The speakers

Jean-Dominique Senard

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Renault Group

Jean-Dominique Senard has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renault Group since 2019. He has also been vice president of the Institut Montaigne since 2017. In particular, he co-chaired the working groups on European responsible capitalism (2020), the industry of the future (2018) and the circular economy (2016). In his previous positions, he was President of Michelin (2012-2019), which he joined in 2005. He began his career with various financial and operational responsibilities within the Total, Saint-Gobain and Pechiney groups.

Luca de Meo

Luca de Meo

CEO, Renault Group

Luca de Meo first started out his career at Renault and is now CEO. During his many years experience working for major European companies, he acquired much sought-after experience in the automotive industry and in management. He took over the helm of Renault Group in July 2020. Between November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025, he became CEO Ampere.

Duncan Minto

Chief Financial Officer, Renault Group

Duncan Minto joined Renault Group in the UK in 1997. In 2001, he moved to the Group’s Finance Department, where he was responsible for investor relations. He became Finance Director of Renault-Nissan Portugal in 2006, then Managing Director of Renault Ireland in 2012, and CFO of the Group’s Asia-Pacific region in 2013. Promoted to VP Finance, Group Control Analysis in 2017, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Dacia in 2022, then of the Alpine brand in 2023. On March 1, 2025, he became Chief Financial Officer of Renault Group.

Chief Legal Officer, Renault Group

Quitterie de Pelleport has been SVP, Legal, Renault Group since 2021. In her previous role, she was Head of Legal, Ethics and Compliance at Solvay Group where she spent 10 years. Prior to joining Solvay and Renault Group, Quitterie de Pelleport was a lawyer at DLA Piper and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
