Highlights of Renault Group’s Strategy Day 2026

The Strategy Day conference was held on 10 March 2026 at the Group’s Technocentre in Guyancourt, France. During this event, François Provost, CEO of Renault Group, and several members of the Leadership Team presented the Group’s new strategic plan: futuREady, aimed at “turning a success story into a success system”.

François Provost, CEO of Renault Group, outlined the objectives and convictions of futuREady, the strategic plan for 2030. The Group builds on Renaulution’s strong fundamentals to engage into a new phase of sustainable and lasting growth, in a world that has fundamentally changed.

The automotive industry is entering a tougher, faster and more unpredictable cycle. Renault Group has proven it can win. Now the Group must prove it can last. FutuREady is about building a Group that can perform, whatever comes next. The strategic plan futuREady is about performing in the long run and achieving one ambition: become the European automotive reference with global reach.

The event continued with the presentation of the four pillars of futuREady: growth-ready, tech-ready, excellence-ready, and trust-ready.

The first pillar, “growth-ready”, aims to support growth by leading with products and customer experience that create differentiation. Fabrice Cambolive, CEO of Renault, Katrin Adt, CEO of Dacia, and Philippe Krief, CEO of Alpine, presented the strategic directions of the Group’s three brands as part of the futuREady plan.

Philippe Brunet, Chief Technology Officer of Renault Group, presented the Group’s technology roadmap, which aims to accelerate innovation to stay ahead (tech‑ready).

Thierry Charvet, Chief Industry, Quality and Supply Chain Officer, explained how the Group is working to make its operations resilient by design (excellence‑ready).

To conclude, François Provost, CEO of Renault Group, explained how the Group is engaging its stakeholders to create long-term trust and value (trust‑ready).

“Our industry is entering a tougher, faster and more unpredictable cycle. We have proven we can win. Now we will prove we can last. This strategic plan is about turning performance into permanence. FutuREady is about building a Group that can perform, whatever comes next.”
